1961
First inauguration phaseThe early days of computer maintenance
1961
As Sato Machinery Co., Ltd. (present: Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd.) started data transmission, we established the Matsumoto Aburaten Electronic Business Department, to offer maintenance services.
1969
Started offering computer maintenance services to the entire region of Tottori and Shimane Prefectures as well as public offices and business establishments in Okayama Prefecture as a distributor of Fujitsu FACOM.
1973
Signed a basic contract for distribution with Fujitsu Limited, and started selling computers on a full-scale basis in Tottori and Shimane Prefectures.

Second inauguration phaseProvision of IT technologies
1975
The Matsumoto Aburaten Electronic Business Department was split off, and incorporated as Matsumoto Systems Co., Ltd. with a capital stock of 10 million yen.
1983

Kei Matsumoto was appointed as president.
1987
Capital stock was increased to 30 million yen.
1988
Obtained a license for operating construction business, and started construction services for computers and telecommunications.
1989
Capital stock was increased to 50 million yen.
1990
Capital stock was increased to 63.2 million yen.
1991
Capital stock was increased to 78 million yen.
1992
Capital stock was increased to 90 million yen.
1993
Capital stock was increased to 96 million yen.
1994
Signed a contract for distributorship with Canon Sales Co., Inc. and started selling copiers.
1995
Third inauguration phaseK’s as a maker
1995
Changed the corporate name to K’s Corporation.
1998

Built a new head office building.
1999
Obtained a certificate as “a business office that takes measures for ensuring the safety of information systems in the information processing service industry” from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
2002
Obtained the environmental ISO14001 certificate.
2003
Obtained the Privacy Mark.
2005
Launched the security monitoring business.
2006
Launched the outsourcing business.
2007
Obtained the information security ISO27001 (ISMS) certificate.
2010
Constructed an outsourcing center.
