Information security

  • ISO/IEC 27001
  • ISO/IEC 27001

Scope of application

Our company’s mission is to plan and provide every kind of information culture to local communities through information systems. In recent years, due to the sophistication of systems, we have been in a position to know and handle all kinds of information about public entities and companies (hereinafter referred to as “customers”) in the planning and construction phases. Such acquired information, the information received, and the constructed system functions are important confidential information on the fundamental organizational functions and sensitive data of customers, and important intellectual property for our company in the course of our business. It is obvious that if such information, software assets, and our company’s intellectual property (hereinafter referred to as “information assets”) were to be leaked outside our company, it would lead to social chaos, loss of trust, and a threat to the survival of our company. Preventing the leakage and loss of these information assets is a social mission and an important management issue, and individual employees must be aware of this social mission and take responsibility and obligation for ensuring the security of information assets. In addition, as an organization, we shall establish and maintain effective security functions, comply with the “Basic policy on information security” specified herein, and take responsibility for earning the trust of society and our customers.

Compliance with relevant laws and regulations

We provide products and services that are closely related to the core of the business of our customers. We must be aware that the products and services we provide have a significant impact on their business. Therefore, we must not only continue to develop products and services that are beneficial to our customers’ businesses, but we must also build a reliable, accurate, and stable quality assurance system in an integrated manner throughout the lifecycle of the information system.

Operational structure

An information security manager is appointed, and efforts are made to promote information security through the “Information Security Committee” under the supervision of the manager. Furthermore, we will train internal auditors, implement information security audits, review the management system based on the results, and improve operations.

Education and training

We will provide appropriate education and training to all individuals engaged in our operations to ensure that they recognize the importance of protecting information assets and strive to prevent information security incidents and accidents.

Establishment of an information security management system

We evaluate the value of information assets from the perspectives of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, conduct risk assessment from the perspectives of threats and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate security management measures in accordance with the risks.
