Information security
Information security policy
Our information security policy has been set as follows.
K’s Corporation (hereinafter called “our company”) makes company-wide efforts for information security in accordance with the following policy, in order to protect our information assets and those entrusted by clients from accidents, disasters, crimes, etc. and to live up to the trust of clients and society.
1. Responsibility of the employer
Our company makes efforts to improve and enhance information security systematically and continuously under the leadership of the employer.
2. Development of an in-company system
Our company will establish an organization for maintaining and improving information security and formulate information security measures as official in-company rules.
3. Employees’ efforts
Employees of our company will acquire knowledge and skills required for information security, to ensure the initiatives for information security.
4. Observance of laws, regulations, and requirements specified in contracts
Our company observes laws, regulations, rules, norms, and obligations in contracts regarding information security, and live up to the expectations of clients.
5. Response to violations and accidents
Our company will appropriately respond to the violation of any law, regulation, or contract or an accident related to information security if any of them occurs, and strive to prevent the recurrence thereof.

Basic policy
- Quality and customer satisfaction should be determined through the customer’s evaluation.
- We will continue to develop more effective services and products from a customer-oriented perspective.
- Furthermore, in order to comprehensively ensure the quality of the services and products we provide, we will strive for improvement in all aspects.
Customer satisfaction policy
We provide products and services that are closely related to the core of the business of our customers. We must be aware that the products and services we provide have a significant impact on their business. Therefore, we must not only continue to develop products and services that are beneficial to our customers’ businesses, but we must also build a reliable, accurate, and stable quality assurance system in an integrated manner throughout the lifecycle of the information system.
Quality policy
- To provide products and services that pursue certainty and assure accurate, correct, and stable processing
- To pursue expertise and ensure correct business processing
- To pursue leadership and ensure correct business operations
To do so, we will continue to review all processes and aspects of our work to make progress in our internal quality assurance system and actively continue to provide improvement suggestions to our customers.

Environment management
Basic philosophy for the environment
K’s Corporation recognizes that the conservation of the earth environment is an important issue humankind faces, contributes to the advancement of society as an enterprise that offers community-based comprehensive solutions for utilizing information in all scenes of corporate activities, and continuously engages in environment conservation activities in accordance with the following environmental policy.
Environmental policy
- 1. We shall set environmental goals, pursue them, and review the results, to keep improving environmental management systems for improving environmental performance.
- 2. We shall observe related environmental laws and regulations and adopted agreements.
- 3. We shall recognize the necessity to promote environmental conservation activities and conduct the following items proactively.
(1) To actively engage in environmental conservation activities of local communities
(2) To achieve zero traffic accidents and violations, in order to comply with laws and regulations thoroughly and reduce the burdens on stakeholders. - 4. We offer environmental education to all employees and conduct activities for improving their awareness of the environment.
- 5. We diffuse our environmental policy to all employees, and disclose it via our website.
